A security deposit of 2, 000. 00 FF.( $ 400 ) will need to be paid by all candidates to secure the purchase. The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the end of the chase-race.
The deposit is not refundable if the buyer-to-be, after winning the race, decides for any reason at all, not to buy .
In this last case, the winner will be the next person in line with the best offer, and so on, in case of successive withdrawals.
The ''Territory'' will therefore be sold to the person making the best offer. During the 60 days period of the competition, and this until the last day, all candidates buyers who will have paid the deposit will be able to access information about the current last price offered through the Offices of Maitre Delattre le Marec (''Huissiers de Justice'', or process-servers)
They will be able to outbid on the last offer by sending an e-mail or a fax, confirmed by registered mail. After the 60 days, a 15 days period will be granted in order for the registered letters to arrive at the Offices of Maitre Delattre Le Marec, who will validate the last offers. The registered letters will need to be Postmarked before the last day of the 60 days period at Midnight. After this 15 days period of time, the property will be definitely sold to the person making the best offer.
