THE SHIP IN COMMAND OF THE TERRITORIAL FLEET.


The Territory possesses its own navy enabling it to be prepared for all situations. The whole world knows that that there is no real port of call in Anserville, and this leads to the question of whether maintaining the fleet is too futile and costly an expense for the coffers of the State to bear...or not ? The territorial spokesman defends the system, constantly explaining when questioned that the perpetual cruising of the commanding ship in the world's waters makes it a strategic and significant element in the communication system connecting mobile and immobile bases...It must be admitted that this "structure", while positioned on the liquid element , still remains an integral part of territorial edifices, and is therefore a natural component of the Territory.
The information depicted here concerns a mission undertaken by the commanding ship in the Arctic Circle, with its artist-President on board. The work consisted in repairing pipelines linking this zone, for the supply ofdrinking water, to ... the Territory.
